1C HOLLYBURN RIDGE

West Vancouver V0V 0V0

A VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY to own a custom log cabin on Hollyburn Mountain, up the hill from the new Cypress Village, a planned community being developed by BPP. It is the only cabin built in DL1123 which conforms to current district rules. All the other cabins, on one lot are grandfathered, as they were mostly built in the 30's and 40's before the road to Cypress was built. C1 also has direct access on West Lake Road, has several parking spots, a stunning south view to the city, harbour & beyond, & is just 2 km to the cross country trails and another 2km to Cypress Downhill skiing. For many, Hollyburn has served as an oasis to which people could escape urban pressures &nourish their souls. A Whistler style sanctuary, minutes from the city where self reliance and a love of wilderness prevail. (id:2493)
